    这个是不是失效了，我老是报错
    BuffInspector  |  Failed  to  handle  command  buff.
    System.IO.FileLoadException:  Could  not  load  file  or  assembly  'WeaponSkins.Shared,  Version=1.0.0.0,  Culture=neutral,  PublicKeyToken=null'.  Operation  is  not  supported.  (0x80131515)
         System.NotSupportedException:  Resolving  to  a  collectible  assembly  is  not  supported.
